摘要
①目的对掌指骨进行X线测量,并探讨其与身高的相关关系。②方法随机选择健康汉族大学生186人,进行双手后前位X线摄片,分别测量各掌骨、指骨长与宽,同时测量身高,将所得数据应用SPSS软件进行统计学分析,并计算出男女各骨长和宽,其与身高的比值作为身高指数。③结果得出各掌骨长宽、各节指骨的长宽、各骨的身高指数,各骨的身高指数存在性别差异。④结论掌指骨的身高指数可为法医学、人类学对身高和性别的判定,以及临床短指征的初步筛选提供一定帮助。
Objective To measure the length, width of metacarpal bones and phalanges of fingers on X-ray films, and to find their correlations with the body height. Methods This study was conducted in 372 radiographs of hands obtained from 186 college students. The length and mid width of proximal, middle and distal phalanges and metacarpal bones were measured. The data were calculated statistically by SPSS software. Results The obtained data of length and width of metacarpal bones, phalanges and the body-height index showed that there was gender difference among them. Conclusion The body-height index of metacarpal bones and phalanges provides a definite assistance in judgement of the height and gender of a person in forensic medicine and anthropology and initially clinical screening of brachydactylia.
