摘要
①目的观察茶碱对哮喘病人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)合成白细胞介素4(IL4)、白细胞介素5(IL5)和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的抑制作用。②方法20例哮喘病人分为哮喘1组和2组,另选取外10例健康体检者作为对照。哮喘1组和对照组外周血PBMC分别在含植物血细胞凝素(PHA)的培养基上培养;哮喘2组外周血PBMC在含PHA及氨茶碱的培养基上培养,获取上清液。用ELISA法测定各组上清液中IL4、IL5、IgE含量。③结果哮喘1组外周血PBMC合成IL4、IL5及IgE较对照组明显增高(t=2.317~2.874,P<0.05)。哮喘2组外周血PBMC合成IL4、IL5及IgE较哮喘1组显著下降(t=2.297~2.832,P<0.05)。④结论茶碱具有抑制外周血PBMC合成IL4、IL5及IgE的作用。
Objective To observe the inhibitory effects of theophylline on the production of Interleudin-4 (IL-4), Interleudin-5 (IL-5) and immunoglobulin E (IgE) in peripheral blood of patients with asthma. Methods Twenty patients with asthma were divided into two groups: group 1 and group 2, and 10 healthy persons served as controls. A culture was done on PHAcontaining medium for group 1 and the controls; and theophylline- and PHA-containing medium for group 2. The supernantant of the culture of both groups were obtained for detection of IL-4, IL-5 and IgE by ELISA technique. Results IL-4,IL-5 and IgE levels in group 1 were obviously higher than those in the control group (t=2. 317 2. 874,P〈0.05). IL-4,IL-5 and IgE levels in group 2 were obviously lower than those in group 1 (t=2. 297-2. 832,P〈0.05). Conclusion Theophylline is effective in the treatment of asthma by inhibiting the production of IL-4, IL-5 and IgE.
