摘要
在北亚热带苏南低山丘陵研究表明,杉木无性繁殖,萌条扦插成活率北带种源>南带种源;1~2年生幼株>4~5年生幼株;秋插>春插>夏插;上方芦帘遮荫十薄膜封闭>上方遮荫(芦帘,林冠)>全光。自动间歇喷雾装置+砻糠灰基质,春、夏、秋扦插效果均好,以春插苗生长最佳。700×10-6浓度激素处理能促进提早生根,效果为ABT>IBA>NAA。且无性苗造林效果好。故大田扦插不宜全光,也不宜夏插。需选用幼龄萌苗的根际萌条,秋季寄插催根或早春扦插,适量激素浸条,并辅以芦帘上方遮荫,塑料薄膜封闭保温等项技术措施,才能获得较高的生根成活率。
Clonal propagation research of Chinese fir in hilly
mountains of south Jiangsu showed that the survival rate of the shoot cutting was higher in
north subtropic provenance than that in south subtropic provenances,in 1~2years old young
tree than that in 4~5 years old’s,in autumn cutting than that in spring cutting and summer
cutting,and in reed shading+plastic sheet closing than that in reed shading and in natural
sunshine. The good clonal propagation effect could be got in spring.summer,and autumn,but
especially in spring with the best sapling growth,by the means of both auto- matic intermittent
mist and fired rice chaff medium. In addition,700 ×10-6 hormone treatment could prompt
cutting,ooting,the positive effect was ABT IBA NAA.
