摘要 目的评价血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEl)咪达普利、苯那普利对原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法采用随机、双盲、双模拟交叉对照法。将30例高血压患者随机分为2组,分别接受咪达普利-苯那普利或苯那普利-咪达普利顺序治疗。于治疗前后行血压、心率及血浆一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)测定。结果经咪达普利和苯那普利治疗10周后动脉血压明显降低,血浆NO有增加的趋势但统计学差异无显著性(P=0.237),血浆ET-1水平明显降低,统计学差异有显著性(P=0.001)。结论长效ACEI咪达普利和苯那普利在降低血压的同时降低循环ET-1水平,使内皮依赖的血管收缩功能减弱,使血管内皮功能得到一定的改善。 Objective To evaluate the effects of imidapril and benazapril on blood vessel endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods By a double blind, double-imitation and randomized trial, 30 hypertensive patients were divided into two groups received imidapril and benazapril. The blood pressure, heart rate and plasma NO and ET-1 were measured before and after treatment. Results Affer 10 weeks of treatment, there were significant changes in blood pressure and plasma ET-1 ( P = 0. 001 ). Plasma NO tended to increase, however had no significance( P = 0. 237). Conclusion longeffective ACEI decrease blood pressure and plasma ET-1 level, the endothelial function was improved oarticularly.
