摘要
目的利用气相色谱法调查海南主产区广藿香等4种南药10种有机氯农药的含量。方法采用SE-54弹性石英毛细管(30m×0.32mm×25μm)色谱柱,进样口温度为230℃;检测器温度为300℃。不分流进样,程序升温,检测器为63Ni-ECD电子捕获检测器,高纯氮气为载气。结果海南万宁、东方及琼海产区广藿香总六六六、总DDT、五氯硝基苯及艾氏剂的现状含量水平分别为6.175,139.900,0.599及4.841ng/g;52.940,18.710,未检出及5.376ng/g;13.550,89.070,1.768及4.063ng/g。海南文昌、万宁及琼海产区胡椒相应有机氯农药含量分别为2.533,10.22,未检出及3.174ng/g;2.494,0.173,未检出及1.180ng/g;3.944,3.167,0.063及1.793ng/g。海南东方、万宁及琼海产区芦荟相应有机氯农药含量分别为3.362,8.772,0.3813及1.197ng/g;2.597,6.002,未检出及0.6379ng/g;2.491,2.611,未检出及0.6089ng/g。海南文昌、东方产区降香相应有机氯农药含量分别为2.743,5.607,未检出及1.991ng/g;2.403,8.674,1.556及1.012ng/g。结论海南东方、琼海产区广藿香和海南所有采集产区胡椒、芦荟及降香等4种南药的总DDT、总六六六、五氯硝基苯及艾氏剂的含量符合绿色行业标准,海南万宁产区广藿香总六六六、五氯硝基苯及艾氏剂的含量符合绿色行业标准,但其总DDT含量超标;不同产区药材农残含量差异较大;将海南槟榔、益智、丁香及肉豆蔻四种中药材中总六六六、总DDT、五氯硝基苯及艾氏剂限量标准定为0.1,0.1,0.1及0.02μg/g是合理可行的。
Objective: To analyze the content of organoehlorine pesticide residue of Pogostemon cablin Benth. , Piper nigrum L., Aloe barbadensis Miller. and Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen. Methods:With gas chromatography (GC) and SE54 flexible quartz capillary (30 m×0.32 mm×25μm) chromatographic column, sample injection temparature 230℃ ;Detector temperature 300~C. Results: 10 kinds of organoehlorine pesticide residue (4 isomers of 666, 4 isomers of DDT, quintozene, drinox) were detected. The basic content of organoehlorine pesticide residue of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen.of Wenehang and Dongfang were 2. 743,5. 607,0 and 1. 991 ng/g, 2. 403,8. 674,1. 556 and 1.012 ng/g. Conclusion : The basic contents of organochlorine pesticide of Pogostemon cablin Benth. of Dongfang, Qionghai, Piper nigrum L. , Aloe barbadensis Miller. and Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen. meet the green trade standard. The basic contents of 666, quintozene and drinox of Pogostemon cablin Benth. of Wanning meet the green trade standard, but the basic contents of DDT of Pogostemon cablin Benth. of Wanning not. Organochlorine pesticide residue varies greatly in different regions of Hainan. The contents of organochlorine pesticide residue of the four southern herb meet the green trade standard. It's reasonable that the limes for the content of organochlorine pesticide (666,DDT,quintozene and drinox) residue of the four southern herb should be 0.1,0.1,0.1 and 0.02μg/g.
