免疫衰老及其免疫学预警指标 被引量：19

摘要 增龄导致胸腺萎缩,成为免疫衰老的直接原因。免疫衰老是免疫系统全方位多系统的并由基因严格控制的循序渐进的自然过程,在这一过程中,免疫系统发生了许多明显的变化,细胞免疫、体液免疫以及天然免疫均有不同程度的改变。免疫学预警指标(immunologicalriskphenotypes,IRP),不仅可以评价机体的免疫状态,而且可以提前预知疾病的发生,为免疫干预提供客观数据。
