摘要
在多次排放试验的基础上,寻找出发动机电子控制系统中影响汽车尾气排放的主要因素。通过对起动过程过量空气系数的调节、三效催化转换器最佳工作窗口的匹配、起动时发动机转速和点火提前角的预设,发动机可以实现以下排放值:HC为0.0704g/km;CO为0.5175g/km;NOx为0.015g/km。经6万公里实车老化试验后,发动机排放值为:HC为0.155g/km;CO为1.272g/km;NOx为0.103g/km。试验结果表明,电喷系统与两级三效催化器的方案是实现欧-Ⅲ排放法规经济可行的方案。
Based on many emission tests, main factors in engine management system, which influence on vehicle exhaust emission, are found. By controlling excess air coefficient during start, optimizing the window of three way catalytic converter, calibrating the engine speed and ignition angle during start, the following emission level HC:0.0704g/km,CO:0.5175g/km, NOx:0.015g/km can be realized. After 60000 kilometer vehicle drive aging, the exhaust emission value is HC: 0. 155 g/kin , CO: 1. 272 g/kin, NOx : 0. 103 g/km. It is proved that the engine management system with two stage 3-way catalytic converter is a good solution to meet Euro-Ⅲ emission regulation.
