摘要 建立加热炉内的流动与传热过程以及钢坯加热过程的数学模型,炉内流场的模拟采用k-ε双方程模型,辐射换热计算采用离散传播法,气相燃烧采用修正EBU模型,钢坯温度场的计算采用全隐格式差分。计算结果表明,炉内均热段内温度高,温度梯度大,炉膛上部温度高,下部温度低,预热段内温度分布较均匀。钢坯进入均热段后,中心温度已升高,下部温度较低,水冷梁处温度最低,温差最大,出炉处温差为72℃。 A comprehensive mathematical model for simulating the gas circulation, heat transfer and slab heating-up process in a reheating furnace is developed. The model consists of k-ε two-equation model for turbulenct flow, discrete transfer model for radiation process, and modified EBU model for gas combustion. The slab heating-up process is calculated by implicit algorithm. The results show that the temperature of upper region is higher than that of lower region in soaking section, and the temperature generally becomes lower from heating section to preheating section. The temperature of central region is higher than that of lower region after the slab enters the soaking section, the calculated maximum temperature difference is located at the water-cooled beams and temperature difference at exit is 72℃.
