摘要
针对目前河南油田注水井酸化使用的常规酸液溶蚀粘土多、溶蚀石英少、基质改造效果差的缺点,研制出一种新型酸液体系。该酸液主要由有机酸、含氟盐和系列添加剂组成,注入地层后通过有机酸液对粘土的包裹作用,减少HF对粘土胶结物的溶蚀,从而确保有足够的HF对石英基质的溶蚀,起到了基质改造的作用。该技术经现场15井次试验,累计增注188048m3,措施注水井对应油井累计增油10345t,平均有效期282天,应用效果显著。
In consideration of the shortcomings of more dissolved clay, less dissolved quartz and poor matrix reconstruction effect in a conventional acid fluid used for water injector acidizing in Henan Oilfield at present, a new acidizing system is developed, which is composed of organic acid, fluore-salt and a series additive. After it is injected into the formation, the dissolution of clay cements induced by HF is reduced through clay enveloped by organic acidizing fluid, thus to ensure sufficient HF for quartz matrix dissolving for the propose of matrix reconstruction. The technique is tested in 15 wells with accumulated augmented injection of 188048m 3; in the stimulation accumulated oil increase is 10345t in the corresponding oil well with average valid day of 282d, its application effect is obvious.
