摘要
对降糖功能因子天然资源的分布,部分动、植物源的活性成分及其降糖机理进行了概述,旨在为新型高效、廉价降糖功能因子的研发起到导向作用。
In this paper the distributing of natural hypoglycemic functional factors and the active elements and hypoglycemic mechanism of partial animals and plants were briefly introduced. The purpose is to give some oriented references for developing some new, efficient and inexpensive hypoglycemic functional factors.
