摘要 在氨水-氯化铵(pH=9.0)介质中,痕量铜(Ⅱ)能灵敏地催化过氧化氢氧化荧光桃红褪色.研究了反应的最优化条件,建立了动力学光度法测定痕量铜(Ⅱ)的新方法.方法线性范围0.05~6ng/mL,检出限为0.077ng/mL.用于水样的测定,结果满意. A new kinetic spectrop Hotometric method for the determination of trace copper( Ⅱ )based on its catalytic effect of the oxidation of pHloxineB by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) was established. The optimum condition has been studied systematically. The linear range of copper(Ⅱ) was 0. 05- 6ng/mL and the detection limit was 0. 076ng/mL. This method has been used for determining copper( Ⅱ ) in water samples and the results were satisfactory.
