摘要
用能量色散X射线荧光(EDXRF)分析方法和传统的化学法对垢和腐蚀产物的6个样品进行了分析,从定性和定量分析两个方面进行了比较,比较的结果是:用X射线荧光分析法得到的结果和化学法得到的结果基本相符。同时,验证了能量色散X射线荧光法在分析上快速、准确的特点,可克服传统化学分析方法某些不足之处。实验证明,能量色散射线荧光法可作为一种新的垢和腐蚀产物的分析方法。
Six samples of scale and corrosion products are analyzed by energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) and traditional chemical technology. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the results of the two methods are compared and found basically identical. It is also validated that EDXRF is more rapid and reliable compared with traditional chemical technology and can overcome some disadvantages of the latter; therefore EDXRF can be used as a new method for analyzing scale and corrosion products.
