摘要
目的了解戊二醛和二氧化氯对两种印模浸泡消毒后对模型精度的影响。方法用标准试件制取贺利氏和红叶藻酸盐印模。每种材料取7组,1组用清水冲洗作为对照,其余各组分别用2%戊二醛和7.35mol/L(500ppm)二氧化氯浸泡10、20、30min后用超硬石膏灌模,静置24h后用电子数显游标卡尺测量模型并行统计分析。结果两种印模在2%戊二醛中浸泡,除贺利氏浸泡10min外,其它各组较对照组均有形变(P<0.05);7.35mol/L二氧化氯浸泡,各组较对照组均无明显形变(P>0.05)。结论7.35mol/L二氧化氯对藻酸盐印模形变的影响比2%戊二醛小;用2%戊二醛和7.35mol/L二氧化氯浸泡消毒贺利氏和红叶两种藻酸盐印模,10min内不影响印模的精度。
Objective To measure the effects on dimension stability of two alginate impressions which were separately immersed in 2% glutaraldehyde and 7.35 mol/L (500 ppm) chlorine dioxide solution for different time. Methods Heraeus and Hongye alginate impressions were made by 20 mm x 20 mm x 40 mm standards test wares. There were 35 impressions with each kind of impression material, which were divided into 7 groups evenly. Among them, one group were flushed by clear water as control, and the rest groups were immersed by 2% glutaraldehyde or 7.35 mol/L chlorine dioxide solution disinfeetor for 10 minutes,20 minutes, 30 minutes respectively. After 24 hours, the spiral instrument was used to measure the model. The experiment data were analyzed by SPSS 11.0 statistic software package. Results Both kind of the impressions immersed in 2% glutaraldehyde except Heraplast for 10 minutes generated significant dimensional expansion in each stage of 10, 20 or 30 minutes; while the impressious immersed in 7.35 mol/L chlorine dioxide solution didn't generated significant dimensional expansion in each stage of 10, 20 or 30 minutes. Conclusions The effects on dimension stability of alginate impressions immersed in 7.35 mol/L chlorine dioxide solution are less than that immersed in 2% glutaraldehyde. Alginate impressions immersed in 2% glutaraldehyde or 7.35 mol/L chlorine dioxide solution disinfector separately for 10 minutes does not affect the accuracy of prosthesis.
