摘要
硫化胶接法也叫热胶接法是将胶带接头一部分的布层和胶层,按一定形式和角度剖切成阶梯形状,涂抹胶浆使其粘接,然后在一定压力、温度下,加热一段时间,经过硫化反应,使生橡胶变成硫化胶,从而获得较高的粘连强度.此种粘接方法打破了传统的冷胶接方法,可使胶带接头拉力强度达到原胶带的85%～90%.
