摘要
目的:研究脑活素治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效。方法:缺氧缺血性脑病患儿95例,对照组46例,治疗组49例,两组均给予综合治疗,治疗组加用脑活素,观察两组患儿在惊厥控制、肌张力恢复、意识障碍、原始反射及呼吸节律恢复时间的变化。结果:两组肌张力恢复时间,意识障碍、原始反射、呼吸节律恢复时间比较差异有统计学意义。结论:脑活素治疗新生儿HIE有一定的疗效,可以提高HIE患儿的生存质量。
Objective： To study the efficacy of cerebrolysin in the treatment of HIE newborns. Method： 95 newborns with hypoxia - ischemic encephalopathy were divided into two groups, 49 in the treatment group and 46 in the control group. These two groups were given the same therapy and the treatment group was added by cerebrolysin. The changes were observed in these two groups about convulsions control, consciousness, muscle tone, neonatal reflexes and breathing rhythm. Result： The recovery time of muscle tone, consciousness, neonatal reflexes, and breathing rhythm were statistically different between these two groups. Condusion ： Cerebrolysin is effective in the treatment of newborns with hypoxia - ischemic encephalopathy and can be used to improve their living quality.
