Fast detecting and rectifying slanting image in table-form documents based on run-length features

摘要 基于表格自动录入系统中票据图像的自身特点,提出了一种基于游程的倾斜表格图像的快速检测及校正算法.通过对游程分布直方图的分析,检索出行最长游程组,根据行最长游程组的最大旋转角计算出表格图像倾斜的角度.基于实际表格图像倾斜角度一般不会过大的特点,提出了基于线性搬移技术的校正方法,通过对行、列两个方向的分段线性搬移达到图像快速倾斜校正的目的.算法已应用于实际系统,测试结果表明该技术方法可行、鲁棒性强、并且具有较高的执行效率. According to the features of the form image in form recognition system, a new algorithm based on run-length feature was put forth for detecting and rectifying the slanting form image fast. After analyzing the run-length feature's distribution histogram, the max run-length group was extracted. In the image,there is a line corresponding to this max run-length group, and the whole image's slanting angle and direction can be decided by computing the line's slanting angle. By using the linear block moving method in each vertical and horizontal segment, this rectification, and tion. The research fruits have been applied to practical system,indicating the technique is feasible, robust and efficient.
