摘要
为了提高效率,增大功率密度,改善动态响应,电压调节模块(VoltageRegulatorModule,简称VRM)拓扑的选择极为重要。本文对现有几种适合低压大电流VRM拓扑的特点及用途进行了分析比较,其中包括输入级和输出整流级两个部分的比较。最后给出了具体的1V,50W的实验模型以及实验波形。
To improve the efficiency,power density and dynamic response of VRM (Voltage Regulator Module),the choice of the topology seems to be more important.The comparison and analysis of existing topologies for low-voltage highcurrent VRMs is proposed in this paper,including the input stage and output rectifier stage.A prototype of a 1V,50W VRM is built up, and the experimental results are given too.
