蒙脱土纳米材料对PET纤维热收缩性的影响

摘要 对纯PET切片及PET蒙脱土(MMT)(2.5wt%)切片进行固相缩聚,使分子量有所提高。在不同工艺条件下对三种样品进行纺丝拉伸。利用WAXD、DSC和声速法等手段测试纤维的取向、结晶度及结晶形态等的变化,研究蒙脱土的加入对PET纤维热收缩性能的影响。测试及研究结果表明:少量蒙脱土的加入能有效抑制纤维的热收缩;同时随着拉伸温度的提高,纤维的热尺寸稳定性也有所改善。 Pure PET and PET/montmorillonite(MMT) (2.5 wt% ) nanocomposites with high molecular weight were prepared by solid state polycondensation and their fiber was spun and drawn in proper conditions. The influence of MMT naonomaterials on the thermal shrinkage performance of PET fiber was investigated by means of WAXD, DSC, fiber orientation measurement, etc. The results showed that nano-scaled MMT could improve the thermal stability of micostructure in PET fiber. It was suggested that the strong coherence of the interfaces between montmoriUonite microparticles and PET restricts the motions of PET molecular chains, developing “a special continuous network structure” and effectively prohibiting the thermal shrinkage of PET fiber. In addition, thermal shrinkage rate of PET fiber decreases as the drawing temperature increasing。
