摘要
馆员素质发展的滞后已经成为贵州图书馆网络化、数字化进程中一个重要的“瓶颈”制约。贵州图书馆当前主要存在馆员素质偏低、服务理念陈旧以及人才引进困难等问题,应当直面馆员素质低下的实情,创新管理机制,大力开发现有人员潜质,合理引进和使用人才。
The lagging of office-staff's quality development and modem service theory have alrcady become an important' bottleneck' restrictions in the networked, digitized process of library of Guizhou in recent years, So we must face the truth, enhance the staffs' quality, improve our management and in troduce talented persons from elsewhere in order to better our work.
