摘要 介绍了一台300MW“W”型火焰锅炉的设计特点。该锅炉在启动调试过程中遇到燃烧器喷嘴烧红、炉膛负压波动大、飞灰可燃物质量分数高等问题,通过对二次风的配风方式调整,缓解了喷嘴的超温问题;并改进了磨煤机风煤配比,通过对煤粉细度、炉膛出口烟气含氧质量分数以及燃烧器内外二次风、分级风配比的优化,降低了飞灰可燃物质量分数。同时指出双进双出磨煤机在启动或正常运行时,建立料位或维持料位稳定的调整过程中,风粉气流的震荡和波动会对锅炉燃烧造成较强的冲击,是引起炉膛负压波动大的重要原因之一。 The design features of a W-fired boiler were introduced in this paper. The combustion problems sueh as overheated burner nozzles, considerable fluctuation in furnace pressure and large unburned carbon fraction, occurred during the start-up commission of boiler.Accordingly, the distribution of secondary air was regulated to release the overheating problems, and the air/coal ratio of pulverizer was improved incorporation. The optimization of pulverized coal fineness, oxygen fraction in furnace outlet flue gas and the proportion of seeondary and staged air inside and outside the burner reduce the mass fraction of unburned carbon in fly ash. The impulse resulted from the vibration of coal and air stream in balance of material level in double inlet and outlet mills mainly contributed to the considerable fluctuate of furnace pressure.
