摘要
碳纳米管经纯化、氧化、敏化、活化预处理后,在碱性镀液中化学镀磁性金属钴磷合金, 得到一维纳米复合材料。探讨了镀覆的最佳工艺参数。利用透射电镜(TEM)及扫描电镜 (SEM)观察施镀前后表层形貌,用能谱分析测试镀层的组成,并用振动磁强检测仪测量了镀 后碳纳米管的磁性能。研究表明,镀后碳纳米管外表面被钴磷合金紧密均匀包覆,矫顽力较之 钴磷膜、钴粉有较大提高,可望在高密度磁记录材料中得到应用。
After purification, oxidization, sensitization, and activation pretreatment, the surface of carbon nanotubes was deposited with Co D by the electroless deposition method. The optimum techniques were determined. Before and after plating, the morphology of carbon nanotubes was examined by transmission-electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Its composition was determined by energy spectrum analysis. And its magnetic properties was gauged. The results demonstrated that the surface of carbon nanotubes is covered by the dip coating of Co-P alloy after plating, and its magnetic coercivity was better than Co film and Co powder which might be useful for high density magnetic recording.
