摘要
针对旋转类产品对动平衡自动校正的强烈需求,文章设计、开发了一个二工位动平衡自动校正一体化系统,在对该系统总体结构介绍的基础上,利用PLC(ProgrammableLogicController)实现对系统中的工件切换机器手和一些开关量的控制。实践证明,文章方案合理、可行,使系统体现出可靠性高,适应性强的特点。
Focusing on the enormous demand of automatic dynamic balancing of rotary products, a set of two-procedure automatic dynamic balancing emendation system is designed, On the basis of introducing the total framework of this system, the control of the workpiece-transform manipulator and some switch signals is achieved with PLC, The project is proved reasonable and feasible in practice and makes the system highly retiable and adaptive to the circumstance.
