摘要 文章通过对纤维缠绕三通管的线型进行分析和研究,提出了一种复合材料三通管的纤维缠绕方法,并且在VisualC++环境中,结合C++语言和OpenGL三维图形应用程序库进行混合编程,对三通管芯模进行三维建模,然后在软件中模拟三通管的纤维缠绕过程,实现了纤维缠绕三通管的计算机仿真。通过应用三通管纤维缠绕仿真系统,我们可以检验纤维缠绕模式的正确性,可以直观地模拟出实际的缠绕过程,从而及时发现设计中存在的不足和缺陷,最大限度地将问题解决在设计阶段,降低研制成本。 This paper researches into the algorithm ( or linetype) and presents the methods for filament winding of a T-shaped form. A computer simulation system for filament winding of a T-shaped form is developed. We can simulation the process of filament winding of a T-shaped form by it. The system is based on the environment of Visual C ++ 6.0, utilizes the C ++ program language and the OpenGL to realize mixed programming. By using this system, we can checkout the algorithm and methods for filament winding of a T-shaped form are correct or not, can find out deficiencies in design timely and settle these problems in design stage and reduce manufacturing cost.
