The value of CT following IVU in evaluating urinary tract diseases

摘要 目的:探讨IVU后CT尿路造影(CTU)在诊断泌尿系统疾病及评估IVU不显影肾的肾功能应用价值。方法:对IVU120min单侧肾不显影或IVU显示泌尿系统形态结构异常,但不能确诊的60例作IVU后CT扫描。结果:CTU对IVU不显影或不能确诊的疾病做出明确诊断;对IVU不显影的梗阻肾的肾功能做出进一步评估。结论:IVU后CT尿路造影把IVU与CT结合为一体,可作为IVU的一种重要补充检查方法,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective:To evaluate the value of CT following IVU in evaluatmg urinary tract adnomalities and renal function in selected situations.Methods:60 patients had CT following IVU without using additional contrast medium.Results:Questions on IVU were successfully answered, and in patients with nonopacification of collecting systems in delayed images up to 2 hours, renal function is evaluated by CTU, Conclusion: CT following IVU is a kind of CT urography (CTU) that combined portions of IVU and CT into one examination. The increased accuracy of CTU over IVU make it an effective technique in appropriate situations.
