神经促进技术配合感应电对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的研究脑卒中偏瘫早期神经促进技术和感应电治疗对肢体运动功能恢复的效果。方法108例患者随机分成治疗组(神经促进技术加感应电治疗)和对照组(单予神经促进技术治疗)。肢体运动功能采用FuglMeyer评定(FMA),日常生活活动能力(ADL)评定采用巴氏指数(BI),分别于治疗前和治疗后10周,由同一医师进行评定。结果治疗前两组上、下肢的FMA积分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组ADL评定高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论配合感应电治疗能提高神经促进技术对脑卒中偏瘫早期患者运动功能和ADL的改善。 Objective To explore the effect of neuromuscular facilitation combined with faradism on limbs motor function in hemiplegic patient with early stroke. Methods 108 patients were randomly divided into the therapy group(who accepted neuromuscular facilitation combined with faradism) and control group (who accepted neuromuscular facilitation only). The limbs motor function was evaluated with Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) before and after 10 weeks by the same doctor. Results There were not signifi- cant difference of scores of FMA between the two groups before rehabilitation(P〈0.05), but there were significant difference 10 weeks after rehabilitation(P〈0.01). ADL in therapy group was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion Faradism can significantly improve the effect of neuromuscular facilitation on limbs motor function and ADL.
