摘要
随着《医疗事故处理条例》的颁布实施,全民法律意识的提高,医疗纠纷逐渐成为社会普遍关注的热点问题。快速合理正确解决医疗纠纷,从而维护医患双方的合法权益刻不容缓。本文通过对医疗纠纷的成因分析及现行的管理制度如何防范医疗纠纷等问题进行了探讨。
