摘要
通过对导师负责制下研究生德育工作现状的描述和分析,指出导师在研究生德育培养方面具有非常重要的作用,在此基础上提出了加强导师队伍的师德建设,建立健全导师德育机制的措施。
Through the description and analysis on the cunrent situation of the postgraduate＇s moral character education under the tutor＇s responsibility the essay views the tutor plays an important role in the postgraduate＇s moral character education, puts foratrd to enhance the moral education construction of tutors and talces mcasures of perfecting the moral education of tutors.
