麻城农村产妇产褥期饮食习惯及其影响因素 被引量:6

A study on the puerperal countrywoman's dietary and influence factors of Macheng Country

摘要 目的了解农村妇女产褥期饮食习惯的现状及影响因素,探讨其科学的饮食方式和保健模式。方法采取分层抽样与整群抽样相结合的方法,对湖北麻城县农村712名妇女产褥期的饮食状况进行回顾性问卷调查。结果产褥期存在多种饮食禁忌及膳食结构不合理现象,鸡蛋、红糖的每日摄入量分别高达365.12g和81.44g,而奶类、水果和蔬菜的每日摄入量依次只有4.44ml、6.94g和424.20g,不吃奶类和水果的人占90%以上。奶类、水果摄取及鸡蛋和红糖适量摄取的危险因素有食物禁忌和来源于长辈传统的饮食观点;保护因素主要与经济、文化及保健等因素有关。结论应在农村大力开展健康教育以纠正农村妇女错误的传统习俗和观念,加强营养方面的科学指导,形成现代妇女科学的产褥期饮食方式和保健模式。 Objective To know the existing conditions, influence factors of country women' s puerperal dietary and to study scientific puerperal dietary and health care pattern. Methods 712 countrywomen in Macheng country, Hubei province were studied by layered sampling and cluster sampling,then the objects were investigqted by questionnaires about their puerperal dietary conditions. Results There were many food taboos and unreasonable dietary custom. The daily intake of eggs and brown sugars in puerperium reached 365.12g and 81.44g respectively. At the same time, the daily intake of milk, fruits and vegetable were 4.44ml, 6.94g and 424.20g respectively. The disadvantages were dietary taboos and parent's opinions. The advantages were income, education and health care. Conclusion So health education should be carried out widely in countries to correct the wrong con-ventional opinions of women and strengthen scientific guidance in dietary to form scientific puerperal dietary and health pattern of modern women.
