胆管细胞癌多层螺旋CT诊断进展 被引量：3

摘要 胆管细胞癌,特别是肝门区肿瘤约占70%左右,并以沿着胆管壁生长为多。目前多层螺旋CT可以1mm以下的薄层扫描和冠、矢以及任意方位重建,极大地方便了胆管的观察。笔者从间接和直接征象两方面,综述肿块形成型、管壁侵润型和管腔内生长型胆管细胞癌的多层螺旋CT表现以及胆管细胞癌局部播散的征象,介绍胆管细胞癌的CT检查方法和后处理技术的最新进展。
