摘要
以新鲜牛粪为处理对象,选择木屑及混合物(木屑与玉米秸秆屑)两种材料为调理剂,采用日本研制生产的S-15型生态厕所为试验装置,进行了序批式好氧堆肥的减量化研究。试验过程中分析了堆制过程中温度、含水量率、有机质、pH值等指标的变化。结果表明,两个处理的堆肥产物均达到明显的减量效果,养分含量也成倍增长。因此,这种堆肥工艺具有良好的应用前景。
we used bio-toilet to co-compost cattle manure with different amendments (sawdust and the mixture of sawdust and cornstalk) in a sequential fed bed. This bio-toilet was a kind of bioreactors, and used sawdust and the mixture of sawdust and cornstalk as matrix for bioconversion. Cattle manure was fed daily at the rate of 2.5 kg·d^-1 until the C/N ratio was lower than 20(at the 35th day) in both experiments. Changes in temperature, moisture, organic matter and pH with time during the process and curing stages were investigated. During composting process, the temperature gradually increased in the early days, then fluctuated between 50℃~60℃, the moisture maintained 40%~70% and the value of pH increased quickly up to about 8.0 at the beginning and were kept till the end of experiments. At the same time, the organic matter decreased to 52.19% and 47.23% at last stage. The decreases of wet weight and dry weight were 75.14%, 78.38%, 26.57% and 20.25%, respectively. These results suggested that co-composting was a better way for treating livestock manure, with the weight decreasing and the nutrient content enhancing in both experiments.
