摘要 目的研究婴儿出生季节与动作发育的关系.方法将4000例足月、顺产、健康,3、6、9个月龄的婴儿作为研究对象,运用0~6岁儿童智能发育测验与访谈法进行研究.结果 1.随婴儿出生季节不同,3、6、9个月龄婴儿的动作发育均有显著差异,表现出不同的季节效应.2.气温与婴儿的动作发育存在密切的联系,表现出气温效应,季节效应主要来源于气温效应.结论气温与婴儿的动作发育存在密切联系,夏季可促使婴儿的动作发育,季节性气温变化是造成季节效应的主要来源. Objective To study the relationship between motion development of infants and their birth seasons. Methods Four thousands full-month, normal born, healthy infants at the age of 3,6 or 9 months were chosen as the subjects of study with the method of the tests and interviews. Results 1. The motion development of infants at the age of 3, 6, or 9 months showed marked difference according to their different birth season, which provided a good demonstration for the season effect. 2. The close relationship between the motion development of infants and temperature showed the temperature effect, from which the season effect comes. Conclusion The close relationship between motion development of infants and temperature indicates the temperature effect, from which the season effect comes.
