摘要
针对薄结构应变测量中因应变幅值小,需有极高灵敏度的检测元件,而采用一种具有蚀刻结构的曲率传感器用于薄结构的应变测量。通过理论研究以及相应的实验证明:该传感器用于薄结构的应变测量是可行的,并具有独特的优势。
Strain is difficult to measure in thin structures since measuring elements with extreme sensitivities are often required, Thus, the curvature optical fiber sensor with etching structure is proposed. Some preliminary experiments and theoretical research have illustrated that this optical fiber sensor is effective for the vibration measurement in thin structures ,and has an unique superiority.
