摘要
以醚化海藻酸钠(ESA)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,溶液聚合法合成了一种二元高吸水共聚物.红外光谱对产物进行了表征,通过SEM 观察了接枝体系的微观相态结构.探讨了产物的溶胀性能.研究发现,最佳醚化度(Ds)应控制在0.2~0.5;当交联剂、引发剂占总单体的质量分数均为0.2%,ESA占总单体的质量分数小于20%, Ds=0.25时,产物在去离子水中的吸水倍率最高可达398 g/g,而在w(NaCl)=0.9%的盐水中的吸水倍率均在77 g/g左右; 在以上条件下,产物的吸水倍率随w(ESA)的增加而增大. 聚合物在不同pH介质中呈现体积相转变特性,在酸性介质中收缩,在中性和碱性介质中溶胀,5次循环实验的结果表明,树脂在酸性、中性和碱性介质中的吸水倍率平均分别为61 、65 和82 g/g.
A saries of superabsorbents were prepared from etherified sodium alginate(ESA) and acrylic acid (AA) by solution polymerization using ammonium persuffate (APS)-sodium hydrogensulfite (SHG) as initiator and N,N-methylenebisacrylamide(NMBA) as crosslinker. Characterization of the product was done by FTIR spectroscopy. Microphase of the resin was observed by SEM. The study shows the following results:degree of etherification (Ds) should be controlled with in 0. 2 ~0.5 ;when the mass fractions of both initiator and crossliker are 0. 2% of the moomers, with the increase of ω (ESA) , (within 20% , Ds = 0. 25 ) , the absorptive capability of the polymer inereased ,and reached the maximum values 398 g/g and 77 g/g in deionized water and NaC1 solution [ω ( NaCl ) =0. 9% respectively. The polymer exhibits pH sesitivities -shriking under acidic condition and swelling in neutral and alkaline media.
