摘要
建立了模拟固定床的管式炉煤燃烧气态氟化物析出试验装置和方法,通过燃烧试验获得了燃烧温度、停留时间、燃烧气氛等燃烧条件对气态氟化物析出的影响关系。结果表明:煤中氟析出率随燃烧温度的升高而逐渐增加,在不同温度区间,温度对排放率的影响具有阶段性,停留时间对燃煤氟化物的生成有重要影响;氧化性气氛对氟化物生成影响不大,随炉内气氛由弱还原性气氛向强还原性气氛的转化,氟析出率明显降低,对氟化物生成有一定影响。
Vapor-phase fluorine emission characteristics during coal combustion have been investigated systemically by fixed bed tube furnaces combustion experimentation for the first time. The test apparatus and determination methods of vapor-phase fluorine emission in bed tube furnaces have been established successfully. The influence factors on the fluorine emission and the relationship of fluorine emission with combustion temperature, retention period, combustion atmosphere in fume have been obtained. Experimental results indicated that fluorine emission appear to begin at 300-400℃ and emission percent will reach about 96% at above 1200℃ The gaseous fluorine is probably originated fluorine occur as organic forms or adsorbed inorganic form in coals at low temperatures, ana appear to come mainly from fluorine occur as inorganic salt forms in coal at high temperatures. Fluorine emission tended to increase with increasing retention period, but the prior 5 min retention period is the main emission period.Combustion atmosphere can effect fluorine emission in some extent during coal combustion.
