摘要
利用熔融插层法制备环氧树脂/蒙脱土复合体系,并将其应用于环氧富锌防腐涂料中。通过改变蒙脱土的含量,测试涂料的性能。分析蒙脱土在环氧富锌防腐涂料中的作用并确定最佳配比。试验证明,加入纳米蒙脱土,涂料的力学性能、耐蚀性能有显著提高。
It is mainly introduced how to prepare the composite system ot epoxy resln/MMT by melting intercalation, and apply to annular-oxygen and rich zinc antiseptic dope. Through changing the contents of MMT, we can test the properties of dope and analyzes the MMT's role in it, in order to determine the best prescription. The experiment proves that the mechanical properties and corrosion resisting properties of the dope have remarkable improvement when adding nano-MMT.
