摘要
在知识激增的信息社会中,如何构建合理的适应现代化教学发展的教师素质结构是我们必须思考和研究的理论与现实问题。对此,教师必须积极应对面临的挑战、优化自身的素质结构。
Knowledge is booming in this intormation society, so the theoretical and practical issues that we must consider and study are to construct proper teachers quality structure adapting the development of the modern instruction. This article analyses them from three aspects： the challenges faced by teachers, necessary quality structure and the ways to perfecting the structure.
