摘要
概述了辽宁资源型重工业基的地形成与发展，分析了资源型重工业集聚发展的产业结构与空间布局，进一步探讨了资源型重工业集聚发展与环境之间的关系．认为资源型重工业集聚发展是区域性环境恶化的主要原因，冶金、石化、采掘业、电力等行业三废污染叠加效应阻碍环境改善，资源枯竭型城市土地破坏严重，生态环境恢复难度大．
Formation and development of resources-relied heavy industry bases in Liaoning were surveyed. Industrial structure and distribution of resources-relied heavy industry bases were analyzed, and relationship between agglomeration of resources-relied heavy industries and environment was probed deeply. The main conclusions of the research were as follows ： Agglomeration of resources-relied heavy industries is the main reason of the worsen environment. All kinds of wastes come from metallurgy, oil and petrochemical, mining and power industry, piling up effect is a big barrier for improving environment, and land is destroyed in resources-exhausted city where coo-environment is hard to reclaim.
