摘要
目的:合成一种新型温度敏感性液体栓塞材料并探讨用于栓塞脑动静脉畸形(AVM)的可能性。方法:应用氮-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)、氮-正丙基丙烯酰胺(NNPAM)和乙烯基己内酰胺(VC)合成共聚物,进行物理性质测定和体外AVM模型栓塞试验。结果:共聚物具有低临界溶解温度(LCST),具有水溶性和非粘附性特点,能成功栓塞体外AVM模型。结论:共聚物为一种脑AVM血管内栓塞治疗的新型液体栓塞材料,可用于进一步动物实验。
Objective: To synthesize a thermosensitive liquid embolic material and investigate it's embolic feasibility in cerebral arteriovenous malformations (AVM). Methods. The copolymer was synthesized with N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAM) , N-n-propylacrylamide(NNPAM) and Vinyl caprolactam(VC), then it's properties were analyzed. The AVM models in vitro were embolized with the copolymer. Results: The copolymer has unique thermal behavior of lower critical soluble temperature (LCST), it is soluble in water and nonadhesive and could embolize the AVM models in vitro successfully. Conclusion: The copolymer is a new liquid embolic material for endovascular embolic treatment of AVM and may remain to be confirmed in further animal experiments.
