摘要
介绍了一项新颖的设计并模拟水泥基复合材料水化过程并依据水泥细观组织结构预测水泥性能的技术流程框架,为水泥基复合材料耐久性的研究和发展提供了一种新思路.建立了一个随机的、基于数字化影像基础(DIBM)的模型,通过计算机模拟,将水泥基复合材料的整个拌制过程,特别是水泥的水化过程在计算机上进行生动的可视化仿真.随机模型依据元胞自动机(cellularautomata)技术,对水泥水化过程中各不同阶段的细观组织结构进行模拟、分析和计算,得到水泥熟料中各组成物的水化程度、各种水化产物的体积分数、水泥石的孔隙率以及孔的分布情况等,并依此预测水泥基复合材料硬化后的性能.通过对纯硅酸盐水泥基本性能参数的分析与计算,计算机模拟得到该种水泥在不同龄期的水化产物及细观组织结构.
A novel type of technological flow-chart for design and simularion of cement-based composite material's mesostructure is introduced, providing a new idea for the research and development of the endurance of the cement-based composite materials. A random, digital image-based model was built up, with which one can simulete visually the mixing process of cement-based composite material, especially the cement's hydration process,on the computer. According to the cellular automata technology, the DIBM simulated the mesostructure of the hydration process of cement in different age, then analysed and calculated, this process to obtain the hydration level of each composition of the cement clinker, volume fraction of each hydration production,pores fraction of the hardened cement, and distribution of pores. The most important is to predict the performance of cement-based composite materials after their hardening. Through the analysis and calculation of pure Portland cement,computer simulated its mesostructure of the hydration process of cement in different ages.
