鬼臼多糖对免疫功能低下小鼠自由基产生酶活性的影响 被引量:12

Effect of Podophyllum emodi Polysaccharide on Activ ities of MPO,XOD and iNOS in Spleen of Immunosuppressed Mice

摘要 采用环磷酰胺腹腔注射(50mg/kg)小鼠建立免疫抑制模型,观察鬼臼多糖(PEP)不同剂量(50,100,200mg/kg和400mg/kg)配合环磷酰胺应用后,对小鼠脾脏中黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)及一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)水平的影响。结果表明,PEP能显著降低免疫抑制小鼠脾脏XOD、MPO的活性;对脾脏总NOS活性无显著影响,但400mg/kg多糖可降低小鼠脾脏诱导型NOS活性,提示PEP可通过降低免疫抑制小鼠体内自由基产生酶水平而起到抗氧化作用。 The study was carried out to investigate the activities of myeloperoxidase (MPO),xanthine oxidase (XOD)and induced nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in spleen of mice treated with cyclophosphamide (Cy, 50 mg/kg) in vivo by intraperitoneal injection together with Podophyllum ernodi polysaccharide (PEP) at doses of 50, 100, 200 and 400 mg/kg. The results showed that PEP had actions to decrease the activities of XOD, MPO in spleen of mice treated with Cy significantly. No apparent influence of PEP in total NOS activity had been observed,but PEP at doses of 400 mg/kg could decrease the activity of iNOS. This suggest that PEP can play its antioxidation activity by reducing activities of enzymes which produce free radicals in immunosuppression mice.
