摘要 为了对搅拌摩擦焊接机理有进一步的理解,需要对FSW过程中塑性材料的流体流动进行深入研究。搅拌摩擦焊接过程的数值模拟是研究FSW过程中塑性材料流体流动的一种重要手段。介绍了FSW过程数值模拟的一些研究进展,对资料中建立的模型和模拟结果进行了简要的描述。 In order to improve understanding of friction stir welding mechanism,it's necessary, to research the plastic material flow in FSW.Numerical modeling is a vary important method to study the material flow in FSW,whieh car, he used to gain an improved understanding of the friction stir welding process.Tbe models established for material flow in FSW are described in this paper.The results of the numerical modeling and the limitations existing in the models are also been inroduced.
