重点描述了双向拉伸塑料薄膜在横向拉伸过程中的主要影响因素——温度场,此温度场包括预热区、拉伸区、缓冲区、热处理区及冷却区,各个区域的温度控制直接影响着塑料薄膜的微观结构及各项机械性能。本文详细介绍了各个温度场区域控制温度的技术要领及温度场温度掌握不准确时所产生的后果。
Described the main affecting factors of bi-directional drawing plastic film in the lateral drawing such as temperature field, the temperature field consists preheating, drawing, buffer, heat treatment and coiling zones, each zone temperature control affects the microstructure of plastic film and each mechanical performance directly, This paper introduced the technical point of each temperature field control and the result happened while the incorrect field temperature applied.
