偏头痛飞行员血浆神经递质和调质的变化

摘要 对32例无先兆型偏头痛的男性飞行员进行血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATD-Ⅱ)、强啡肽(DYNA)、P物质(SP)、6-酮前列环素(6-keto-PGF1)、血栓素B2(TXB2)含量的测定,并与30例健康飞行员对照。结果显示偏头痛组血浆AT-Ⅱ、TXB2升高,6-keto-PGF1降低,发作期DYNA降低,SP升高,与对照组比较均P<0.05或0.01,而间歇期DYNA、SP无变化。表明偏头痛发作与神经内分泌失调有关,AT-Ⅱ升高提示肾素-血管紧张素系功能亢进;SP升高,DYNA降低提示与痛阈降低和对疼痛敏感有关;TXB2升高、6-keto-PGF1.降低表明其血管、血小板功能异常。 Contents of plasma angiotensin(AT-Ⅱ) , dynorphin A(DYNA ) , SP,6-keto-PGF1 andTXB2 were determined in 32 male fighter pilots with migraine with no premonitory symptoms, and werecompared with those in 30 healthy pilots。 The results showed that the contents of plasma AT-Ⅱ and TXB2increased while the content of 6-keto-PGF1 decreased。 During the attack of migraine, the content of SPincreased while the content of DYNA decreased,P<0. 05 or P<0. 01 as compared with that of the normalcontrol group, no change was found in DYNA and in SP at intervals。 The authorsl conclusion is as fol-lows : the attack of rnigraine is associated with neural endocrine disorders : increase of AT-Ⅱ means hyper-function of the renin-angiotensin system; increase of SP and decrease of DYNA suggest attack of migrainernay be related with the reduction of pain threshold and sensitivity to pain; increase of TXB2 and decreaseof 6-keto-PGF1 show the function of blood vessels and platelets of patients with migraine is abnormal。
