抗H_9N_2亚型禽流感病毒单克隆抗体的制备及初步鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 利用纯化的H9N2亚型禽流感尿囊液病毒免疫原免疫Balb/c小鼠,应用杂交瘤技术将免疫鼠脾细胞与小鼠骨髓瘤细胞(SP2/0)融合,用间接ELISA方法检测培养上清是否对H5N1亚型AIV及NDV反应,筛选只针对H9N2亚型AIV的阳性细胞株,经克隆获得2株较高亲和力的杂交瘤细胞株,用其制备的腹水ELISA效价达到2×105。
