摘要
目的:探讨16层螺旋CT血管造影在动脉血管和静脉血管方面的应用价值。材料与方法:收集身体不同部位行CT血管造影的病人43例,动脉血管造影由上肢静脉注入造影剂,静脉血管造影由下肢静脉注入造影剂,行三维重建,分析血管成像质量及诊断价值。结果:图像优质率达97.7%,解剖结构显示清晰,病灶显示准确。结论:多层螺旋CT血管造影有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To investingate the application value of 16-slices spiral CT angiography in artery and vein vessels. Material and Methods To collect the 43 cases that have been made CT angiography in different vessels of body, in the artery vessel CT angiography, the contrast medium is injected by upper extremity vein, in the vein vessel CT angiography, the contrast medium is injected by lower extremity vein. To reconstruct three-dimensional imaging and analysis imaging quantity and diagnosis value. Result The high-quality rate of images amounts to 97.7%, and the anatomy display detail, and the focal display precise. Conclusion 16-slices Spiral CT in angiography have the important clinical application the value.
