摘要
本实验采用小站台、水环境技术和电极埋藏法,观察睡眠剥夺对大鼠行为和脑电图(EEG)的影响。结果表明,睡眠剥夺10天左右,大鼠出现瞌睡、精神萎糜、反应迟钝、全身衰竭,直至死亡。大鼠的EEG分析结果表明,睡眠剥夺前θ频带占优势,睡眠剥夺72h后,频带占优势,差异显著(P<0.01)。说明睡眠剥夺后频带慢移。EEG频带的变化,可作为睡眠剥夺引起精神疲劳的客观评价指标。
he effects of sleep deprivation(SD)on behavior and EEG in rats were
investigated in this experiment with the use ofplatform, water ellviron-ment technique and
electrodes implanted method. The resuIts indicated that the rats displayed sleepiness,
listlessness, reaction delay’body exhaustion and even death during nearly ten days SD,The
resuIts of EEG analyses showed that 6 frequency band predominated before SD,however,after
72h SD frequency band predominated.The statistical differences were signifi cant (P<0.0i),It
illustated that the EEG frequency band turned into slowness after SD。 The clianges of EEG
frequency bands can be regarded as the objective index of SD-induced mental fatigue。
