摘要
目的对近年耐第三代头孢的阴沟肠杆菌进行β-内酰胺酶监测,以指导临床用药。方法收集来自重症监护室的各种标本中对第三代头孢耐药的阴沟肠杆菌165株,用三维试验检测ESBLs与AmpC酶。结果165株阴沟肠杆菌中,产ESBLs120株,占72.7%,产AmpC酶40株,占24.24%。结论我院重症监护室对第三代头孢耐药的阴沟肠杆菌主要产ESBLs,体外试验表明对亚胺培南敏感率为97.66%,对其他抗生素敏感性差。
Objective To investigate enterobacter cloacae resistance to the third generation cephalosporins and instruct the reasonable application of antibiotics. Methods To test ESBLs and AmpC in 165 strains of enterobacter cloacae resistance to the third generation cephalosporins isolated from intensive care unit by the modified three dimensional extract test. Results In 165 strains of enterobacter cloacae, 120 strains produced ESBLs (72.7 %), 40 strains produced AmpC(24.24%). Conclusion Enterobacter cloacae resistance to the third generation cephalosporins isolated from intensive care unit produced ESBLs mainly. The sensitive rate of enterobacter cloacae to imipenem was 97.66% ,but the rates to other antibiotics were low.
