摘要
目的探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿的效果及其并发症的预防。方法在超声引导下经皮穿刺注射无水乙醇硬化治疗肾囊肿81例。结果术后经半年以上随访,治愈率为85.2%,有效率为95.1%。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺注射无水乙醇硬化治疗肾囊肿,方法简便易行,疗效肯定,并发症少。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture and sclerotherapy of renal cyst and the prevention of complication. Methods Eighty - one patients suffered from kidney cysts were treated with ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture and anhydrous ethanol sclerotherapy. Results Among the patients after the operation over half a year, 85.2% have been cured. The effectivity rate was 95.1%. Conelusion The method of ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture and sclerotherapy of renal cyst is easy and simple to operate, steady in curative effect and few in complication.
