摘要
综述了国内外氮肥施用量、追氮时期、及氮素与其他营养物质配施对小麦营养品质、一次加工品质(磨粉品质)及二次加工品质(食品制作品质)影响的研究进展。
Amount of appli gen constructs with other (rub powder quality ) and surueyed. cation of domestic and international nitrogen, chasing nitrogen period and nitronutriment plainly to the nutrition quality of the wheat, one processing quality research progress on influence of two processing quality (food make quality)were surueyed.
