摘要
通过应用计算机对高校的档案进行现代化的管理,使得档案信息可以很方便地在计算机上进行输入、查询、修改、借阅和维护等工作,大大地方便了档案管理人员的日常工作,提高了档案管理的现代化水平。
The modern management in college archives may come true by computer. By operating the computer, it is quite convenient for people to input, inquire about, revise, borrow to read and protect the information. To do the routine management job becomes easy and the modern management in archives is improved.
